At Life Changing Therapeutic Services LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic and counseling services. Please read the following policy regarding refunds for sessions, packages, workshops, and other services:

1. Individual Therapy or Counseling Sessions

• Payment for a session is required in advance to secure your appointment.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit.

• Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notice are non-refundable.

2. Package or Multi-Session Purchases

• Prepaid session packages are refundable only for unused sessions.

• Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Used or partially completed packages are non-refundable, but remaining sessions may be applied to future services at your convenience.

3. Workshops, Consulting, and Speaking Engagements

• Payments for workshops, consulting, or speaking services are non-refundable once registration or confirmation is completed.

• If a session is canceled by Life Changing Therapeutic Services LLC, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Telehealth Services

• Telehealth sessions follow the same cancellation and refund policy as in-person counseling sessions.

5. Special Circumstances

• Refunds for extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss.
